Focal Point Group guides owners, architects and contractors through every phase of prefabricated exterior wall projects, from system selection and design development to coordination and closeout. Our experience spans GFRC, EIFS, ACM, GFRP, thin brick and composite systems, along with the full range of panelization and erection methods. This experience allows us to understand the specific needs and requirements of each client and/or design team, compare options objectively, establish accurate budgets early, and value engineer designs to reduce cost without sacrificing appearance or performance. Through strategic alliances with leading fabricators and manufacturers, we match each project with the right materials and production partners.

Our portfolio includes Graceline Court, a 17-story Manhattan condominium clad in GFRC and ACM; a 168-panel school in Kiryas Joel, N.Y., delivered in six months with winter erection; and Rhode Island College's Alger Hall, where insulated GFRC replaced a failing 1960s curtain wall. At the Providence Hilton, we transformed an ordinary 1960s Holiday Inn into one of the signature properties at the gateway to downtown Providence, recladding the fully occupied hotel over its existing facade.

Our historic work includes replicating the Baker Library balustrade at Harvard Business School and recreating the Hanover Theater's Corinthian facade in Worcester.
